VP Sales & Marketing, Greater St. Louis area/ West
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, business development, customer relationships, and marketing initiatives. This executive will develop and execute growth strategies, lead high-performing teams, expand market presence, and partner with executive leadership to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams across sales, business development, account management, and marketing.
- Build a strong pipeline of new business through prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Lead negotiations and close significant business opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and support long-term relationships.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and business data to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Establish sales goals, performance metrics, and accountability across the organization.
- Provide strategic recommendations and regular performance updates to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in B2B sales, business development, outside sales, or account management.
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding revenue and sales goals.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and sales reporting/analytics systems.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
