Tuition Specialist
Position Summary: The Tuition Specialist manages tuition billing, payments, and account reconciliation while serving as a primary point of contact for students, families, and internal teams. This role ensures accuracy, policy compliance, and a high level of customer service throughout the tuition process.
Key Responsibilities

Process tuition billing, invoicing, payments, and account adjustments

Maintain accurate account records and resolve discrepancies

Respond to tuition-related inquiries with professionalism and clarity

Coordinate payment plans, scholarships, and financial assistance updates

Reconcile accounts and prepare tuition-related reports

Ensure compliance with tuition policies and applicable regulations

Collaborate with finance and student services teams

Support audits, documentation, and process improvements
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or customer service

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in Excel and billing or database systems
