Tuition Specialist

Position Summary: The Tuition Specialist manages tuition billing, payments, and account reconciliation while serving as a primary point of contact for students, families, and internal teams. This role ensures accuracy, policy compliance, and a high level of customer service throughout the tuition process.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Process tuition billing, invoicing, payments, and account adjustments
  • Maintain accurate account records and resolve discrepancies
  • Respond to tuition-related inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Coordinate payment plans, scholarships, and financial assistance updates
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare tuition-related reports
  • Ensure compliance with tuition policies and applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with finance and student services teams
  • Support audits, documentation, and process improvements
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or customer service 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and billing or database systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Discretion in handling sensitive financial information
