Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts while also assisting with key HR functions, including onboarding and employee support. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top talent, maintain a strong candidate experience, and support HR operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of active and passive talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies
  • Process onboarding activities and maintain I-9 and employee records within the HRIS
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes and employee-related activities
  • Coordinate logistics for HR and recruiting-related events
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Promote a positive employer brand and deliver a high level of customer service to candidates and employees
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within recruiting and HR processes
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition and/or HR experience
  • Construction industry or agency recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Minimal travel required
