Talent Acquisition Specialist
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts while also assisting with key HR functions, including onboarding and employee support. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top talent, maintain a strong candidate experience, and support HR operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of active and passive talent

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies

Process onboarding activities and maintain I-9 and employee records within the HRIS

Provide administrative support for HR processes and employee-related activities

Coordinate logistics for HR and recruiting-related events

Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Promote a positive employer brand and deliver a high level of customer service to candidates and employees

Support continuous improvement initiatives within recruiting and HR processes
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of talent acquisition and/or HR experience
- Construction industry or agency recruiting experience preferred

Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred

Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred

Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities

Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented mindset

Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
