Talent Acquisition Specialist 

Position Summary:  We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing capabilities using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to attract and secure top talent that aligns with organizational culture, mission, and values.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads to develop and refine job descriptions tailored to specific team needs.
  • Create compelling and targeted job postings to attract qualified candidates across various platforms.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for a diverse range of positions, from individual contributors to executive-level roles.
  • Utilize traditional and innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a high-touch and positive recruitment experience.
  • Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Present shortlists of qualified candidates and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Draft and extend offer letters in alignment with internal compensation structures and policies.
  • Fully utilize recruiting tools and systems such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate assessments, and sourcing platforms.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Participate in special projects and broader initiatives as needed.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring for a range of positions and levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple open roles across departments and job functions.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems; experience with platforms like Paycor Recruiting or iCIMS is a plus.
