Talent Acquisition Partner
Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic recruiting advisor, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of corporate functions. This role partners closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership and department leaders to develop and refine job descriptions aligned with business needs and team dynamics

Create compelling job postings and targeted recruitment messaging across multiple platforms

Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for roles ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership

Utilize a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch and seamless recruitment experience

Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment

Present qualified candidate shortlists and provide hiring recommendations to stakeholders

Prepare and extend offer letters in alignment with established compensation frameworks and policies

Leverage recruiting tools and systems, including ATS, HRIS, and assessment platforms, to optimize hiring outcomes

Support onboarding and orientation efforts for new hires

Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and people operations
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including roles ranging from individual contributors to executives

Strong sourcing expertise using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse functions simultaneously

Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms

Commitment to delivering a positive, inclusive candidate experience

Experience recruiting across corporate functions such as finance, accounting, legal, operations, marketing, or HR
- Familiarity with assessment tools and compensation platforms
