Staff Accountant 

Position Overview: Candidates will be performing multiple accounting functions in their normal daily duties to help produce financial records on a monthly basis within the accounting team. Candidates must be local to the St. Louis area. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform various complex account analyses and reconciliation
  • Prepare journal entries and analysis to assist with month-end close
  • Maintain documentation of all accounting records
  • Additional support to accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory staff as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or commensurate experience
  • Outstanding numerical and analytical thinking
  • Exceptional time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and computer skill
Preferred Qualifications
  • General ledger accounting: 4+ years
  • Working knowledge of GAAP: 2+ years
  • CPA Certified
