Staff Accountant (Contract-to-Hire)
Position Overview: We are seeking a contract-to-hire Staff Accountant to support cleanup of account reconciliations and improve reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete reconciliation cleanup for accounts dating back multiple years.

Build, run, and refine financial and operational reports within the Blackboard LMS system.

Assist in organizing, correcting, and streamlining data within the LMS.

Partner with internal team members during scheduled learning sessions to enhance system understanding.

Train others on system use, reporting functions, and best practices.

Support general accounting functions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with Blackboard highly preferred.

Strong Excel skills, including ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex reconciliations.

Ability to quickly learn new systems and take ownership of reporting and cleanup activities.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal guidance.
