Senior Marketing Manager (8221)

Job Summary: The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth and brand consistency. This role requires a proactive, collaborative leader with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and aligning marketing programs with long-term organizational goals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, product promotions, and external communications.
  • Lead editorial direction for print and digital advertising, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Create and manage social media strategy, including content for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product managers, sales, and design teams to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of marketing materials including press releases and advertisements.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Plan and support branding objectives in coordination with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to deadlines and detail.
  • Travel as needed for marketing events and coordination.
Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing or public relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be located in the St. Louis metro area and available for occasional travel.
