Senior Marketing Manager (8221)
Job Summary: The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth and brand consistency. This role requires a proactive, collaborative leader with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and aligning marketing programs with long-term organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, product promotions, and external communications.

Lead editorial direction for print and digital advertising, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Create and manage social media strategy, including content for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and email campaigns.

Collaborate with product managers, sales, and design teams to execute marketing initiatives.

Oversee creation and delivery of marketing materials including press releases and advertisements.

Analyze market trends and recommend strategic adjustments.

Plan and support branding objectives in coordination with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to deadlines and detail.

Travel as needed for marketing events and coordination.
Qualifications:

8–10 years of experience in marketing or public relations.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, or a related field preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with analytical and strategic thinking.

Must be located in the St. Louis metro area and available for occasional travel.
