Position Overview: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leads full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of professional and corporate functions. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving talent acquisition initiatives, developing sourcing strategies, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. The ideal candidate is a consultative recruiter with strong relationship-building skills, market expertise, and the ability to influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and workforce planning.

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of professional and corporate functions, partnering with business leaders to identify talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and attract top candidates.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, market research, and relationship management while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Manage all aspects of recruitment, including candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding support, and maintaining accurate applicant tracking system records.

Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, workforce planning support, recruiting metrics, and guidance on candidate evaluation and selection.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align hiring strategies with business objectives, influence hiring decisions, and address complex talent acquisition challenges through data-driven recommendations.

Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate engagement.

Partner with HR and business leaders to optimize hiring practices, support organizational change initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment policies and regulations.
Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience.

Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, or specialized roles.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.

Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
