Senior HRIS Analyst
Position Overview: The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as the technical lead for Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring the effectiveness, accuracy, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms. This role is responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, upgrades, and process optimization across HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, and timekeeping systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent project management and communication skills to support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance, enhancement, and configuration of HRIS platforms to support efficient HR and timekeeping processes

Serve as the primary resource for HRIS troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support across the organization

Monitor, maintain, and recommend improvements to HR systems, including core HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, learning management, and timekeeping platforms

Support HR and payroll system configurations, upgrades, testing, validation, and documentation

Administer system security, user access, and data integrity controls

Manage integrations and interfaces between HR systems and related business applications

Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support decision-making and compliance requirements

Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, and business leaders to optimize system functionality and improve business processes

Educate and support end users, effectively translating technical concepts into practical solutions

Lead or participate in HRIS implementations, upgrades, migrations, and multi-site projects

Provide support for audits, compliance reporting, and personnel record requests

Serve as a backup resource for payroll processing as needed
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field

7+ years of HRIS experience, including systems such as UKG, ADP, Paycor, or similar platforms

HRIS implementation, migration, or major system upgrade experience strongly preferred

Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping processes

Experience managing system integrations, security administration, and reporting functions

Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional and multi-site initiatives

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Knowledge of HR compliance, benefits administration, and data privacy regulations preferred
