Candidates must be local to the St. Louis area.Position Overview: Reporting to the CEO, this Sales Leader position is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth, developing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening customer relationships at all organizational levels. This position is responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets. The role requires creating and delivering impactful training programs, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensuring alignment with business goals through effective sales strategies. Additionally, the leader will act as a strategic partner to customers, ensuring the company’s products and services meet their business needs, while maintaining professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
Beyond team leadership and customer engagement, the Sales Leader will leverage data to analyze performance, assess profitability, and guide decision-making. This includes staying informed on market trends, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with departments like operations, finance, and marketing to drive strategic initiatives.
