Regional Human Resources Generalist

Position Overview: The Regional Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations and serves as a key resource for employees and managers. This role is responsible for employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, HR systems management, and supporting a positive and consistent employee experience across assigned regions.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned regions, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring documentation and workflow accuracy
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment support, life event changes, and employee inquiries
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, coaching, performance documentation, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
  • Support policy interpretation and consistent application of HR programs and employment practices
  • Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention initiatives, and organizational communications
  • Monitor HR trends and regulatory updates and recommend process improvements and best practices
  • Prepare reports and maintain records to support compliance and operational needs
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 4+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience required
  • Experience supporting multi-state HR operations preferred
  • Experience with UKG HRIS strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and employment law compliance
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
