Product Manager
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of assigned product lines. This role is responsible for driving new product development, executing product strategies, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, and identifying opportunities to increase market share and profitability. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical aptitude, project leadership skills, and a passion for bringing innovative products to market.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives

Manage products throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept and development through launch and ongoing market support

Lead new product development initiatives and coordinate cross-functional project teams

Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product enhancements

Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, pricing strategies, sales tools, and promotional materials

Provide technical product expertise and training to internal sales teams and customers

Develop and deliver product presentations and training programs

Build and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to support product development and project execution

Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to drive growth and profitability

Lead product-related projects while ensuring timelines, objectives, and deliverables are achieved
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field

5+ years of product management experience

Strong strategic planning and product lifecycle management experience

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Proven project leadership with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Technical aptitude with the ability to evaluate and resolve product-related issues
