<h3><strong>Payroll Consultant</strong></h3>

<div><strong>Position Overview: </strong>We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Paychex to manage weekly payroll for 350–400 employees across four entities. The position is on-site Mondays and Tuesdays (8 AM – 5 PM), with flexible hours for the remainder of the week. </div>
 

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div>

	<div>Process accurate weekly payroll using Paychex for multiple entities</div>

	<div>Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies</div>

	<div>Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries</div>

	<div>Collaborate with HR and accounting teams as needed</div>
	
</ul>
