Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will play a key role in advancing business growth by owning core product messaging, sales enablement, market intelligence, data collection, and customer insights. This role supports the development of a successful, agile marketing plan that aligns with strategic market sales goals. The Marketing Manager will leverage market understanding to identify trends, buying behaviors, and opportunities, while defining go-to-market strategies, messaging, and tactics. This position also supports sales and channel enablement, ensuring the ongoing ability to sell and support products and services.
To excel in this role, the Marketing Manager must have strong marketing and communication skills, a keen understanding of customer experience, and the ability to turn insights into impactful messaging and content. Attention to detail and the ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits are key for success.
Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs, key personas, market trends, and build differentiated positioning and messaging for products and services.

Collaborate with sales and development teams to translate technical features into benefits-focused messaging.

Develop compelling product narratives with consistent and customer-focused messaging.

Create high-impact, customer-facing materials (e.g., solution sheets, infographics, emails, social posts, case studies) to communicate success stories and best practices.

Plan and execute campaigns to maximize market penetration and sales impact.

Analyze campaign data to make agile adjustments that optimize lead generation.

Conduct market and customer research to understand industry trends and uncover new opportunities.

Ensure knowledge sharing between sales and marketing, tracking accountability and ensuring successful execution and feedback loops.

Set measurable goals, track performance, and lead cross-functional post-mortems for continuous improvement.

Act as a project manager, overseeing key initiatives in collaboration with creative teams, leadership, and external resources.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate solutions aligned with market buyer pain points, goals, and needs.

Proven experience in marketing or advertising, with expertise in go-to-market positioning, messaging, planning, and execution.

Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and Google Analytics.

Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, design, and development teams.

Demonstrated success in go-to-market messaging and content creation.

Strong attention to detail with an eye for effective design.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Experience in managing or attending industry events.

Flexibility to adapt to business needs across various departments.
