Manufacturing Manager
Position Overview: The Manufacturing Manager oversees all aspects of production and operational performance within a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that products are produced safely, efficiently, on time, and to quality standards. The manager leads production teams, optimizes processes, manages resources, and drives continuous improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily manufacturing operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Supervise, train, and motivate production staff and supervisors to foster a high-performance culture.

Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency.

Maintain strict adherence to product quality standards through consistent monitoring and corrective actions.

Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage staffing, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal utilization and coordination with procurement and supply chain teams.

Develop and manage budgets, analyze production data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and production planning principles.

Proficiency with manufacturing software systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
