IT Recruiting Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiting Manager to provide strategic leadership for technology talent acquisition and contingent workforce initiatives. This individual will lead a recruiting team, partner with senior leadership, and develop innovative talent strategies to support current and future workforce needs.
Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiting professionals

Develop and execute IT recruiting and workforce planning strategies

Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, skill requirements, and workforce priorities

Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for technology professionals

Oversee recruiting operations to ensure an efficient and positive candidate and hiring manager experience

Leverage recruiting metrics, workforce analytics, and market insights to drive strategy and improve hiring outcomes

Manage external recruiting partners, staffing suppliers, and contingent workforce vendors

Drive process improvements and adoption of recruiting technologies and best practices

Partner with HR and other internal teams to support complex hiring initiatives

Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and recruiting requirements
Required Qualifications
-
8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiting teams

Experience recruiting technical and IT talent with proven success developing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines

Experience managing external recruiting partners, staffing suppliers, and contingent workforce vendors

Experience managing budgets, forecasts, or recruiting-related financial planning
-
Working knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance requirements

Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Ability to work within U.S. Central Time core business hours
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Advanced proficiency with recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office

Experience leading contingent workforce strategy and supplier management programs

Experience with talent management and workforce platforms

Experience developing workforce planning, talent analytics, or recruiting operations programs

Knowledge of technology labor market trends, talent intelligence, and competitive hiring practices
