Inside Sales Support Specialist (8169)

Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team! This is a 90-day temporary position, transitioning into a permanent role for the right candidate. In this role, you will primarily work in the showroom, engaging with walk-in customers and those referred by the outside sales team. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced office environment, able to communicate effectively with customers, and eager to contribute to sales and customer satisfaction. Whether you're looking to start a career in sales or have previous sales experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in the showroom with a friendly attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Educate customers about new products, repairs, pricing, and installation processes.
  • Schedule installations with customers and coordinate with installers.
  • Conduct sales meetings to educate outside sales teams about new products and pricing.
  • Update pricing in the accounting system and ensure accurate supply ordering.
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Prepare and type up quotes for customers.
  • Provide exceptional support to both corporate accounts and individual customers to address their needs and inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with anyone, even in casual or high-pressure situations.
  • Outgoing personality, comfortable interacting with customers and the team in a positive, professional manner.
  • A willingness to work in an inside sales support capacity and maintain a helpful, approachable attitude.
  • Must be comfortable in a work environment where occasional casual language may be used.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and maintain a high level of organization.
