Human Resources Coordinator 

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly confidential, and people-focused HR Coordinator. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on new hire paperwork, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Paylocity, ADP, and benefit providers. A passion for HR, strong administrative skills, and a commitment to discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and process all new hire paperwork, onboarding tasks, and employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records in Paylocity and other HR systems
  • Coordinate with benefit providers for enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Support employees with benefit questions and troubleshoot issues with vendors
  • Assist with the facilitation and tracking of 30, 60, and 90-day reviews
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain HR filing systems and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Support other HR projects and initiatives as assigned
 
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role
  • Experience with Paylocity preferred 
  • High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and resolve employee issues professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
