Human Resource Coordinator (8217)

Job Overview & Responsibilities: This role involves providing first-level support for HR and payroll inquiries, delivering strong customer service, and resolving associate requests efficiently using available tools and resources. Responsibilities include handling routine HR administrative tasks, escalating complex issues when needed, and supporting employee relations activities such as investigations. The position also contributes to process improvement by identifying common concerns and collaborating with subject matter experts to update HR content. This is a temporary role, and candidates must be local to the St. Louis area. 

Qualifications: 
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 
  • 2-4 years of administrative / clerical experience 
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Ability to research and analyze data effectively 
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
