HR Coordinator
Position Overview: Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to support Human Resources operations, recruitment, and executive administrative functions. This role provides administrative support to HR leadership while coordinating talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to HR leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence

Maintain confidential HR information, files, and employee records

Manage phone and email communications and coordinate meetings, presentations, and project deadlines

Support the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and administering pre-employment requirements

Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee setup activities

Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with new hire experiences

Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for leadership

Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient HR operations and provide administrative support for special projects as needed
Qualifications

1–2 years of administrative support experience preferred

Human Resources experience preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and customer service skills
