Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to help rebuild and shape company culture as the organization transitions HR operations. This role will work closely with executive leadership to support a small on-site team while aligning HR practices with broader organizational goals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on HR best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a strong, values-driven workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Collaborate on organizational design and change management efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources or a related field. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Experience working with senior leadership or boards is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greater St. Louis Monday through Thursday.
