Facilities Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Facilities Manager with a strong background in facilities management and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring an efficient, organized, and welcoming workplace that supports daily business activities and enhances the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee office layout, cleanliness, and general upkeep across multiple spaces

Regularly inspect and walk through office areas to ensure functionality and presentation

Lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed

Manage office supplies, shipping logistics, and vendor relationships

Coordinate onboarding logistics and workspace setup for new hires

Maintain inventory systems and manage supply orders

Support internal teams by serving as the main point of contact for office logistics

Monitor office seating, coordinate workspace changes, and maintain a tidy environment

Assist with PPE distribution and general safety material handling

Oversee office budgets, expense tracking, and procurement processes

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Provide executive-level administrative support as needed
Qualifications:

5+ years of office management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or similar industries

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable taking ownership and leading operations for multiple office locations
