Executive Assistant
Position Overview: The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing high-level administrative, organizational, and project coordination support. This role is responsible for managing priorities, coordinating communications, improving processes, and ensuring key initiatives and day-to-day operations are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior leadership

Coordinate agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and follow-up action items

Develop and improve workflows and administrative processes to increase efficiency and productivity

Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications
-
Support leadership meetings, company events, employee initiatives, and special projects
-
Track deadlines, action items, and organizational commitments to ensure follow-through

Facilitate communication and information flow across departments and leadership teams
-
Assist with onboarding, training, employee engagement programs, and company communications

Support talent, culture, and performance management initiatives as needed
-
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational effectiveness

Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Anticipate leadership needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
Qualifications
-
Experience supporting a CEO, COO, President, Chief of Staff, or other senior executive preferred
-
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, distribution, industrial, professional services, or similar environment preferred

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
