Executive Admin
Position Overview: We are seeking an Executive Admin to provide high-level administrative support to an executive and department by handling a variety of tasks requiring independent judgment, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and departmental events.

Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and business materials.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Coordinate projects, direct mailings, and departmental communications.

Organize and maintain filing systems and resource libraries.

Respond to information requests and draft routine and non-routine correspondence.

Manage incoming calls, mail, and inquiries; prioritize and route as appropriate.

Support expense tracking, reimbursements, and financial documentation.

Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure coverage and continuity.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Associate’s degree preferred.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated discretion with confidential information.
