Data Entry Customer Service (8218)

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer data, while also contributing to a positive and efficient customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer and account information into internal systems and databases
  • Maintain data integrity by verifying accuracy and consistency of input
  • Support customer service team as needed to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Follow up on missing or unclear information and resolve data discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data entry, account management, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and punctual — we are looking for someone who will show up and take ownership of their role
