Customer Service Specialist
Position Overview: Our client is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience across all interactions. This role manages inquiries, processes orders, and coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, and returns

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and requests

Create and update customer sales orders in ERP systems and maintain data in CRM

Provide product, pricing, shipping, and availability information to customers

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions

Coordinate shipments and work with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely delivery

Build strong customer relationships through professional, friendly, and empathetic communication

Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience

Identify root causes of issues and recommend process improvements

Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing documentation
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

4+ years of customer service experience

Ability to proactively analyze problems, identify root causes, and resolve issues in a timely manner

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload efficiently

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach

Ability to display patience and make customers feel valued
