Position Overview: This role leads and oversees the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Own the full accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements

Oversee account reconciliations and strengthen internal controls

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to support business decisions

Improve cash flow management and operational performance

Optimize ERP systems and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy

Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
-
4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility

Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting

Technical accounting expertise and strong analytical skills
-
High attention to detail and organizational ability
-
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Strong leadership and team development skills
