<h3><strong>Contract to Hire Recruiter </strong></h3>

<div><strong>Overview: </strong>We are seeking a high-volume, full-cycle recruiter to support staffing needs across multiple departments. This is a fast-paced, transactional role requiring strong organization and responsiveness. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus (training provided).</div>
 

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div>

<ul>
	<li>
	<div>Manage full-cycle recruiting for ~280 openings</div>
	
	<li>
	<div>Source, screen, and move candidates through the HRIS system</div>
	
	<li>
	<div>Ensure timely onboarding and contract completion</div>
	
	<li>
	<div>Maintain frequent communication with hiring managers</div>
	
	<li>
	<div>Collaborate with a small TA team </div>
	
</ul>

<div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div>

<ul>
	<li>
	<div>High-volume recruiting experience</div>
	
	<li>
	<div>Strong organizational and communication skills</div>
	
	<li>
	<div>SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred (not required)</div>
