Contract Recruiting Manager
Position Overview: The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and executing talent acquisition initiatives while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, enhance the employer brand, and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience. The Recruiting Manager also oversees recruiting processes, onboarding activities, and talent pipeline development while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various levels of the organization.

Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Design, maintain, and improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.

Identify and manage the most effective recruiting channels, sourcing methods, and external recruiting partners.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Enhance employer branding through recruiting events, social media, and other talent attraction strategies.

Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, university partnerships, and other recruiting activities.

Oversee onboarding activities, including offer letters, orientation coordination, and new hire integration.

Develop and manage internship and early talent programs.

Monitor recruiting metrics and market trends to improve hiring effectiveness.

Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners.

Lead or support special projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

5+ years of recruiting or human resources experience, including full-cycle executive recruiting.

Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Experience with UKG or similar systems is a plus.

Excellent communication, interviewing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative support to managers and leadership.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
