Client Service Administrator (8215)
Job Overview: Our fast-growing and thriving team is seeking a highly energetic, highly professional Client Service Administrator. This role is critical to the overall success of our team and will help us operate efficiently day-to-day by supporting team members on various administrative tasks, projects, and business initiatives. We seek an Administrator who is organized, detail-oriented, flexible, able to multi-task, and supports others. This position allows us to be a high-functioning team through data management, account management, project implementation, client communications, and upholding our strong, vibrant, inclusive culture.
Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars and email, and coordinating schedules

Manage business systems to ensure team functionality

Support Client Service Managers and Advisors with administrative preparation for client review meetings

Enhance overall client experience by incorporating efficiencies in processes and workflow, monitoring for areas of improvement

Assist in coordinating client paperwork such as new account forms, statements, signature forms, and reports

Generate ideas for and plan team meetings

Enhance client experience through bulk email communications and organizing meetings

Handle inbound and outbound mail for clients and team members

Maintain and organize client files, including scanning documents

Coordinate work travel, including flights, hotels, and rental cars

Track and report on continuing education and licenses for partners and advisors

Provide marketing and branding assistance as needed

Perform other miscellaneous duties as required
Qualifications
-
3+ years of related experience

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with an interest in learning additional systems and platforms

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Must be authorized to work in the United States
