Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, cultivate key industry relationships, and support market expansion efforts. This role requires a strong blend of market intelligence, technical understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to drive long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities across targeted markets and applications.

Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineering firms, and project stakeholders.

Develop business cases for strategic initiatives based on customer insights and market trends.

Collaborate with internal teams including operations, supply chain, and sales to align offerings with market needs.

Support the development and execution of market entry and expansion strategies.

Monitor competitive activity, emerging technologies, and industry trends to inform strategy.

Represent the organization at industry events and customer meetings to enhance visibility and network growth.

Contribute to pricing strategies, service offerings, and contract negotiations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within construction or related sectors.

Proven experience managing large-scale projects from bid to execution.

Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases.

Familiarity with technical aspects of construction materials and infrastructure project cycles.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.

Willingness to travel regionally (~50-60%).
