Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the attorney and staff with administrative and legal tasks in a small law firm environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit office environment and has strong organizational skills.

Manage the attorney’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, court dates, and client appointments

Assist with billing and time entry; prepare and send invoices to clients

Maintain organized files and ensure proper documentation

Answer phones, greet clients, and handle correspondence in a professional manner

Assist with drafting simple correspondence or forms as needed

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a law office or as a paralegal/administrative assistant preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal billing software (or willingness to learn)

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
