Accounting Clerk

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a short-term contract position (approximately 3 months). The ideal candidate has a mid-level accounting skillset, strong Excel proficiency, and is comfortable handling daily reconciliations and data entry tasks.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily reconciliations of financial transactions
  • Enter and update accounting data in internal systems with accuracy
  • Assist the Accounting Manager with general accounting tasks and reporting
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry and reconciliations
 
Qualifications:
  • Basic to mid-level accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
