Accounting Clerk
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a short-term contract position (approximately 3 months). The ideal candidate has a mid-level accounting skillset, strong Excel proficiency, and is comfortable handling daily reconciliations and data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily reconciliations of financial transactions

Enter and update accounting data in internal systems with accuracy

Assist the Accounting Manager with general accounting tasks and reporting

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry and reconciliations
Qualifications:

Basic to mid-level accounting knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
