Account Manager
Position Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and strengthening client relationships while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth. This role involves proactive engagement, strategic collaboration, and efficient process management. The Account Manager will partner closely with internal teams to maintain and expand accounts, address service needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.

Support contract renewals, upsell initiatives, and cross-sell opportunities.

Accurately process orders and ensure CRM records are current and complete.

Provide customer training, troubleshooting, and guidance to drive program engagement.

Represent the organization at conferences, events, and client meetings.

Analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

Secure and renew multi-year agreements with clients.

Deliver product training, demonstrations, and strategic sales presentations.

Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

At least one year of experience in account management or customer service.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
