Account Executive

Position Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to account management, collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence, deliver high-quality service, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Accurately process orders and maintain detailed, up-to-date records within CRM systems.
  • Provide customer training, support, and engagement strategies to promote program success.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and secure multi-year agreements with clients.
  • Deliver product presentations and strategic sales proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in account management or customer service.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of professionalism in client interactions.
