Position Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding market share within an assigned client base. This role focuses on establishing new client relationships, promoting products and services, and achieving defined sales goals. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales leads to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients

Drive business growth through strategic outreach and engagement

Maintain and expand client relationships through consistent communication and effective issue resolution

Deliver persuasive presentations and attend industry events to promote services

Draft and negotiate contracts, maintaining accurate sales documentation

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful client onboarding and support

Analyze client feedback to uncover new sales opportunities and service improvements

Stay informed on industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

3–6 years of sales experience preferred

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
